Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery when all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
The product is in its original condition.
Original tags, protective materials, accessories, and packaging are included.
The return has been approved by customer service before shipment.

Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, missing components, or improper handling may be refused.

Non-Returnable Products

Final-sale or clearance products
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
Products restricted for hygiene reasons
Gift cards
Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

Starting a Return

Contact customer service within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not ship a return before receiving approval and return instructions.

Return Shipping

For an approved defective or incorrect item, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed after verification. For returns caused by personal preference, size selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error. A trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not currently available. Eligible products should be returned for a refund, after which a new order may be placed.

Return Address

Returns must not be mailed without prior authorization. The approved return instructions will be supplied by customer service after the request has been reviewed.
