Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch:

United States and Canada: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom and Europe: 8–14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7–12 business days
Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link will be sent after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
